Once we have established the search parameters we will go out hunting for the right property for you. We scour our industry networks for off-market listings as well as looking at advertised property via the usual channels.
The first step in our due diligence process is to determine the right price to pay. Once we have that information we want to make sure that we uncover any reason for not proceeding.
Whether it be an auction or a private treaty sale, we will develop a negotiation strategy that takes into account all of the variables: agent, vendor, other buyers, market conditions, timing. Then we will handle all the negotiations and/or bidding.
The final step is the exchange of contracts (in NSW) and we won’t stop until you have exchanged contracts for the RIGHT property at the RIGHT price.
