Veronica Morgan is the Founder and Principal of Good Deeds Property Buyers. She is also the co-host of the popular series Location Location Location Australia with Bryce Holdaway and also Relocation Relocation Australia on Foxtel’s The Lifestyle Channel Australia.

Veronica is passionate about residential real estate and prior to “jumping the fence” and becoming a buyers’ agent, she was an acclaimed sales agent in a leading independent agency in Sydney’s Inner West.

Since forming Good Deeds Property Buyers in 2009, Veronica has become a credible source of opinion on Sydney’s property market. Amongst other things, she is a regular guest on Sky News Real Estate, presented at Grand Designs Live Australia for 4 years running, judged the 2014 & 2015 REINSW awards, was a key note speaker at the REINSW Women in Real Estate Conference in 2012, served as Vice President of REBAA and has written numerous articles, including cover stories for The Sydney Morning Herald’s Domain supplement and contributions to Australian Property Investor & Smart Investment magazines.

Veronica Morgan is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, a Qualified Property Investment Adviser® as well as holding a Bachelor of Design (Visual Communications) and a Masters of Commerce (Marketing). She sounds a bit like a girly swat but she really knows how to burn the candle at both ends!

Rachael Bube

Property Buyers Agent

Rachael Bube has always had a passion for real estate and has had a successful career working at offices in Glebe, Double Bay, Balmain and Hong Kong.

Rachael is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has worn many hats during her property career. Originally moving from the finance industry, she now has over 15 years experience in real estate and made her mark in sales for a leading independent agency in Sydney’s Inner West before moving overseas for 7 years. In Hong Kong she worked as a Relocation Agent, helping expats move their lives across the oceans. This role entailed facets of buying/selling and property management and added enormous depth to her skill set. Upon returning to Sydney she joined Good Deeds Property Buyers as a Buyer’s agent.

Her personal philosophy is simple: “I provide the highest level of service to my clients and recognize the importance of their purchasing decision and its impact on their future wealth and happiness.” Rachael is diligent and dedicated to her clients’ needs and, as a result, she has had clients literally follow her across the world.

Don’t let her bubbly personality fool you – she might be warm and engaging but she is also a tough negotiator. Rachael has earned a high level of respect from her industry peers and is known as a committed and determined agent.

Dean Radice

Property Buyers Agent

When you think about it, Dean was always destined to become a buyers agent. For over 20 years he has been actively involved in many aspects of the property industry and in that time he has often been called upon to give practical advice to people overwhelmed by the property buying process. He is passionate about helping people make sound decisions when it comes to buying their homes and investments.

Prior to joining Good Deeds, Dean ran his own boutique property development and investment business for a decade. His approach has always been to ensure rigorous feasibility studies have been conducted in order to successfully balance both risk and return. As a result, his projects have a good track record of performing in line with his forecasts.

Dean’s particular strengths lie in his ability to recognise good buying opportunities and then evaluate and conduct the appropriate due diligence. He is also able to understand his client’s individual needs and focus and help them to navigate the often tricky path of property buying. But perhaps Dean’s greatest asset is his gift for dealing & negotiating with people of all walks of life.

Dean spends most of his life being surrounded by women (both in our office and through his wife’s hairdressing salon “emmadean”) and thanks God everyday for the haven provided by his vegie patch. In fact, he is quick to describe it as “a little farm” with 49 different vegetable varieties.

Lucy Bulla

Lucy Bulla has been matching people to properties for over 16 years in both her roles in Relocations and as a Buyers’ Agent.

Lucy is passionate about finding and securing the right property for each of her clients, working with them as a partner to achieve the best possible outcome, showing the right mix of empathy, interest and expertise.

She brings a wealth of experience assisting Expatriates and Overseas Buyers and this has given her an incredible ability to identify the right location and community to match the unique needs of every client.

Simone Bolzan and her husband are serial renovators and property investors, and as a result her experience is exceptionally hands on when it comes to understanding real estate.

Simone is probably the calmest member of the team at Good Deeds Property Buyers and provides an essential supporting role for our energetic team of property buying agents.

Sue Neilsen

General Manager

As a long time resident, property owner and buyer in the the Inner West, Sue Neilsen brings together her love of property and her passion for great service and well managed operations to ensure that Good Deeds is at the forefront of delivering the very best in client service.

Sue has had an extensive career in customer service, loyalty programmes, human resources and service operations management, having held a variety of senior roles with some of Australia’s leading service organisations.

Sue’s time is split between managing the Good Deeds administrative and operational functions and as a very busy wife and mum to two rapidly growing teenage boys.  
A Balmain local for more than 25 years, Sue is well known for keeping the local baristas on their toes…
