Good Deeds can assist when your accountant asks you to prepare a valuation of the property you own in your SMSF. We aren’t valuers but we can certainly provide a market appraisal for you in line with the ATO’s guidelines. We’ll also benchmark your property in order to give you an idea of how your investment has been tracking.

We’ll review and provide constructive comments on your plans (approved or proposed) and their likely impact on value and future capital growth. Where appropriate, we’ll make suggestions for improvement based on our understanding of what buyers look for and the level of finish expected.

If you’ve had plans drawn up and/or submitted a DA for your property, we can review your plans and give you a current market appraisal of your property as it stands, as well as a projected market value and estimate for the finished product. We’ll also provide constructive comments on the plans and their impact on value and future capital growth.
We can also make suggestions of appropriate levels of finishes and where it is worth spending the money and where it isn’t. This is designed to give you the information you need in order to
confidently decide whether to renovate or relocate.

We can assist you in working out a realistic estimate of what your property is likely to sell for, help you choose the best selling agent and recommend the most appropriate marketing strategy and method of sale. Throughout your sales campaign, we can be your sounding board and will guide you through the offer and/or auction process.
