Good Deeds offers the benefit of our experience in a two hour one on one introductory session that will help you focus and give you the direction and knowledge for your search. Prior to our meeting, we will ask you to complete a briefing questionnaire that will allow us to assess your individual property requirements and offer tailored advice and research relevant to your specific brief. In particular, this will assist you in narrowing down which areas/suburbs to target.
This is a project management service for one property. Good Deeds will conduct all relevant due diligence, detailed pricing research and develop a purchasing strategy. We liaise with the selling agent on your behalf, whilst providing advice on how the property compares to others in the market and in relation to your specific property requirements. After completing a full assessment of the property, the selling agent and your circumstances, we will then determine the best strategy to secure this property for you at the lowest possible price and proceed to negotiate and/or bid at auction on your behalf.
Fee: starting from $12,100 to $22,000*.
A firm quote will be provided after we’ve discussed your parameters and have a full understanding of your requirements.
This is complete management of your property search, providing you with professional support and advice from the beginning of the property searching and initial investigations, through to the point you buy a property. We start the journey with a Getting Started Session and then commence the search, attend inspections and make recommendations. Once we identify a suitable property we commence property assessment, market analysis, due diligence and finally initiate negotiations (and/or bidding). There’s no limit to the number of properties we’ll consider for you and no limit to the time over which we’ll work for you. Good Deeds work with you until you buy the right property for the right price.
Fee: ranging from $30,000 to $60,000*.
This is a fixed price service and we will give you a firm quote once we have a full understanding of your requirements.
Good Deeds can assist you in working out a realistic estimate of what your property is likely to sell for, help you choose the best selling agent and recommend the most appropriate marketing strategy and method of sale. Throughout your sales campaign, we can be your sounding board and will guide you through the offer and/or auction process.
Fee: from $2,200 to $6,600 dependent on service components chosen.
Good Deeds will attend the auction on your behalf and bid.
Property investors need to review their portfolios regularly. Before any major decision is made it’s crucial that you understand the calibre of each individual property in your portfolio and its capacity to help you achieve your long term financial goals. Good Deeds can provide you with an Asset Assessment Report on each property in your portfolio so that you can make better property decisions. Fee: $895 per property.
